Rena Schumacher - President

Rena Schumacher – President

  • Over 20 years experience in Fortune 500 corporate operations and management.
  • Established and developed a corporate commitment to excellence in service by providing the highest-quality products and installations.

For Rena, Schedule 10 has been built upon client-first ideals and always maintaining professional integrity. Each member of the S10 team is responsible for the growth and application of these ideals and integrity. Additionally, Rena has coupled her passion for the construction industry, along with her proactive policies and procedures, in order to provide S10 customers with service that exceeds their expectations. She and her team are dedicated to personal, detailed and timely service, along with quality installation practices known as the S10 Difference.

Frances Caravello - Estimator

Frances Caravello – Office Administrator

  • Employed with S10 for 7 years.
  • Trained extensively in digital estimating and take-offs.
  • Over 1,000 schools, hospitals, libraries and other commercial projects completed.

Frances has been with Schedule 10 team for many years and plays a significant role in maintaining the S10 Difference. Frances' own detail-oriented personality complemented the personal feel that matches S10’s reputation. Frances has really enjoyed building longterm relationships, with co-workers and clients alike, by paying attention to their needs. Frances' position is one that oversees the estimating and project coordination as well as handling all office administration and supervision.

Julian George - Project Foreman

Julian George – Project Foreman

  • Over 10 years construction experience.
  • Started as lead installer and has grown into project foreman.
  • Has successfully managed and completed all field operations for hundreds of S10 projects.
  • Strong reputation with S10’s customer superintendants for getting the “job done right.”

Julian came to Schedule 10 with a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry. Throughout his life, Julian has always acknowledged the importance of having pride in one’s own work. Naturally, he was excited to learn about the S10 Difference and its promise of getting the job right the FIRST TIME and ON TIME. Once on the team, he used those values to move from a lead installer position to project foreman. Julian has become a successful manager by acting on the ideals that both he and S10 share.
